My simple infographic is a guide to one of the most popular folk dances of the Philippines: Tinikling. It was intended for Pilipino Cultural Exchange (PCE), one of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo's on-campus cultural clubs. The intended message was to preserve the Filipino culture by promoting a common folk dance.
REVISIONS
Upon receiving usability testing feedback, I focused my attention on the bottom two sections: "Folklore" and "The Breakdown".
In the "Folklore" section, I omitted the icon of the bandaged foot and revised some of the text to help with overall balance.
In the "The Breakdown" section, I attempted to rewrite the basic pattern of the dance and highlighted which steps occur on which counts by emphasizing the counts with the same yellow font.
